Everytime i try to burn a cd it says that region code is no good i have rpc2 and i need rpc1 i cant change it and it also says can not encrypte !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Depending on the type of football game it is, the software is seeing some sort of copyright on it. If it is from the NFL, then you won't be able to put that video on DVD.
the drive allows you change the code 3 times and if that is already done ... than you can try to update the firmware ... and in case tht doesnt work u have to buy a new one
You miss-understood. AnyDvd copies directly from the DVD drive to the hard disk, and removes region info as it does. Then a backup DVD can be created from the image file. The image file can also be accessed by DVDShrink to alter the size to fit.
