You have a short or did not use correct fuse---many fuses aside from amperage are special----generic ones blow for no reason many times---either wrong fuse or a dead short---

Try replacing the T_Con board first. if this does not solve check the capacitors on the power supply for puffy tops, if you find some replace them with same voltage rating and Capacitance.
I have the same issue with my RU42PZ61, and I think it's the power supply board, but I'll take it to my repair man. He diagnoses it for $25.00, and tells me what part I need.
