Question about X-10 LM929 19IN LCD 12X10-.294MM SPK BLK
Hi All, I have just bought a new computer and it came with a widescreen LCD. I thought I would use my old 19" AOC LM929 monitor for my CCTV cameras at home as the screen is too good to dump. I have used a Grand vision 2000 so convert the CCTV signal to SVGA? and the monitor shows an on screen message saying "input not supported". If I turn on the screen with my finger holding down the menu and power button the the box says "OSD locked". This then clears and I can use the monitor without the "input not supported" box floating round the screen. My problem is when the CCTV switcher changes to another camera the monitor looses sync and I have to switch the monitor off and start up with the menu button pressed all over again. Is there a way I can disable the error messages permanently...possibly pressing the buttons in a certain way to achieve this? Many thanks Confused!!

Sorry, seems like the cctv hardware does not like the type of monitor your using. How you tried a different display and does that correct the problem?

Check your switchers resolution settings .....
You might have to change your resolution settings....
This solution is for AOC Monitors......
Setting the Optimal Resolution
The recommended resolution for this monitor is 1680 by 1050. To setup the monitor to this resolution, follow the steps below.
External Controls
Press the power button to turn the monitor on or off. The other control knobs are located at front panel of the monitor (See Figure ). By changing these settings, the picture can be adjusted to your personal preferences.
* The power cord should be connected.
* Press the power button to turn on the monitor. The power indicator will light up.
Hope this helps ,
