Good morning, I need to clean inside of my Toshiba 50A60 model tv screen, I do you remove screen?

Yes I Had The Same problem , if your handy with fixing things this will
work.
Step 1- unplug the TV from wall socket
Step 2- disconnect all devices like VCR's DVD Players from the TV
Step 3- remove the speaker covers from the TV
Step 4 - There are 14 screws on front cover, remove these with a
Philips driver, set cover aside
clean with soft brush and wash with water
Step 5- Gently raise the cover straight up to release it from its supports
Once cleared from supports , remove the cover.

Tips- Make sure you don't scratch any of the screens or CRTs

You can clean the mirror with any glass cleaner, make sure to wipe it
clean , water and vinegar does a good job to eliminate streaks.

Use a soft duster to clean the dust from the circut boards
Tip - Remember take it easy when cleaning

When your finished cleaning, just reverse the steps

Toshiba 50A60 Projection TV - Black Screen

There is no bulb in that model TV. There are 3 crt type tubes. You'll have to have a TV shop determine the cause. It could be many things like no high voltage present, cathode voltage missing. If the tubes are finished, the cost to replace them is quite high. It is a complicated repair since the tubes have to be properly aimed and converged. The repair cost in this worst case scenario would be greater than buying a flat screen TV with the same screen size.

Cracked frame on brand new sony bravia 52" HD LCD TV

I would definetly call Sony and if it is something you can't live with return it, but remember impact damage voids the warranty, in other words if you were to drop the tv trying to return it the warranty is void. As much as you paid for that tv it should be cosmeticly a functionaly perfect. Let me know if I can provide further assistance and please rate this solution. Lone99star

Your best bet, and the cheapist, is to go on craigs list, an look for the same size tv, doesnt matter what brand, get one that doesnt work, probabily can find one free, or verry cheep, then just swop out the screen

Toshiba 50A60 Lenticular cracked.

I don't have a particular source, but if you fail to find one you may try using a similar screen fopr a different model if you're a bit handy. Depending on how the screen is fastened, you might even be able to fit a regular canvas (roller curtain type or similar, user with video projectors)

If it has to ba some kind of specific frame on it you miahgt have to "hack" it, and it might not be that pretty. If it's just a screen fastened inside a frame, kind of like the glass in a picture frame you can get one in the same size, or a bit bigger and cut it down to size yourself.
