Error C:32:01 indicates problem with memory stick in camera, format memory stick through format option in memory stick setting option in camera setting menu and check.
If problem still not solved then put new memory card/ stick in camera as this memory card would be defective.
Did you know that all digital cameras have a life span measure by how many exposures have been shoot. Many times it will cost more to repair than to purchase a new camera.<br />
Batteries: Make sure that you use the battery until it is completely gone before charging. This will make you batteries last the longest and stay healthy for you
I resolved the C:32:01 system error I had on my DSC-H20 when trying to shoot video, by using the camera's memory format option : -turn camera on -press menu button -scroll to toolbox icon -press center button on wheel -scroll to "memory stick" tool menu -highlight "Format" -press center button on wheel -turn camera off and back on
Hi! It's a flash error. Could be flash fuse or flash board. If you have a multimeter and you're ready to open it, contact me at tom[email protected] or contact your local Sony service center. I work in a Sony service center.
