E2 is "NO PAPER" error but in most case it's showing when the paper feed is in incorrect position.Check it movement correctly and check for any objects drop in printer.
You can try to clean out the printer check to see if there is any paper jammed in it somewhere
Then realighn the printer cartridges and run a test page.

Looks like there is something stuck in the insides of the printer preventing it from running to one side. A small paper clip, Ball pin etc., can cause this. You might have to take it apart and look for it. I had fixed a similar problem recently and the stuck object is "HAIR BALL!"
