Try formattting the player. It may be the songs on the player have been corrupted. If you can access the menus change the settings to MSC. Then format the player using my computer window. This will erase all the songs on the player.

My philips music device froze on me. i was trying to put music on and when i ejected it it froze in my music. i cant turn it off, change the song, or listen to music. please help!

There is a reset button.
If it freezes again after reset, go to Philips website, get the upgraded version of the Philips Device Manager and run the Update tab in Philips Device Manager.

Hoe do i downlods music to my mp3!!!!!

Try and drag and drop from your music folder to the media folder on the player make sure usb mode is msc this will show you all the folders Use your windows explorer for the transfer... much easier...

Try pressing the reset button at the back of the player with a bent paper clip. It is a tiny hole labeled reset. You shouldn't loose your music.
