No power at all

Unplugging to reset only works when the washer has power and on stand by. Start by checking the fuse on the noise filter, that is were the power cord connects to. If good than your main board is bad.

then it means motor is got jammed..

Follow these steps to reset the product. Make sure you connect the product directly to a wall outlet and not a surge protector or power strip.

1. Press the Power button ( ) to turn off the product.
   NOTE: The product might not turn off after pressing the Power button. Continue to the next step regardless.
2. Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
3. Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
4. Wait 30 seconds.
5. Replug the power cord into the electrical outlet.
6. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.
7. Press the Power button ( ) to turn on the product.

• If these steps resolved the issue , there is no need to continue troubleshooting.
• If the issue persists , see the next step.

Step two: Clean the electrical contacts on the printhead and inside the product The ink nozzles on the printheads might clog if you expose them to air for more than a few minutes. The ink nozzles also might clog if you do not use the product for long periods of time. Follow these steps to clean the electrical contacts on the printheads.
CAUTION: Follow these steps carefully to avoid damaging the sensitive electrical component

Make sure that the product is turned on.

Open the top cover of the product.

Press and hold the OK button for five seconds. The carriage moves to the left side of the product. Release the OK button.

Wait until the carriage is idle and silent.

Unplug the product power cord from the electrical outlet.

Use a dry, soft, lint-free cloth to remove any ink from the electrical contacts on the printhead.

You can manually unlock the door on this washer. First you should unplug the washer from the wall outlet and then remove the lower access panel. With the lower access panel removed, and the washer unplugged, reach up to the door lock and feel for a round release ring and pull it down. The door should unlock now.

Check the breaker, if it is on, the electrical outlet may be bad or a wire on the outlet has come off. When removing the outlet check for a one of the wires not connected.

no fuses only control boards.with power off pull the top off and check wires at your power supply board(not the one with buttons). Look for burn or damaged wires. no luck with that, will probably need power board(usually the board that goes out). Call LG and speak to cust service....sometimes will cover the board.

UL stands for an unbalance load where one side the tub is heavier than the other side.

when the code is displayed, it automatically unlocks the lid so you can go in and reposition the clothes to try and balance it. once you are done, simply press the start button again and it should continue again where it left off. if you push the stop button, it will drain the water and assume the cycle is complete.

unplugging it and replugging it in should allow you to do other wash cycles. press power and you should be able to select wash cycles.

if you still have no control, make sure you still have power at the outlet by plugging in a lamp and turning it on. if no power, find the GFI outlet that controls that outlet and reset it. if not on a GFI outlet, then check the circuit breaker panel for a popped breaker. reset it and power should now be restored.

Try the steps mentioned bellow

Unplug the power cord from the All-In-One as well as the power outlet when there is still power in the All-In-One.
Now with a lint free cloth and drinking water just moiston the cloth and clean the metal contacts of the ink cartidges and the inside of the printer where the ink cartridge get in touch with the printer contacts and leave it to dry for a while.
Then insert the ink cartridges back.
Plug the power cord directly to a wall outlet without surg protector. (if possible connect it to a different power outlet)
Before connecting the power cord to the All-In-One press and hold the # and no 6 button and then insert the power cord, do not release the keys
until you see a message a reset (if the screen goes blank then release the keys and turn the power on)

Then check and see

brand new???? call an authorized servicer. as long as your electric is good .all you can do

Start of by replacing your drain pump. if there is still no response to the electroncs you will need another power supply. the pump took the electronics out. ???
