Phone hello.My name is daria and i am 12 years of age.My phone LG KS 360 has stopped working and i don't know why.If the phone is on charge (suposibly) the keyboard keys light up but if u put the phone of charge,he keys dont light up anymore!!! The morning alarm that i have set for every morning is still working so i think that in my case,the only thing that isnt working is the screen.I got this phone for christmas and i really want it to work.I also have the garantee for the phone so i think that my parents and i might go and try to fix it as sonn as possible.If you can help in any way possible,please contact me on this email : [email protected] Please help me ... Try taking the battery out of the phone for 5 minutes. And then put it back in and try again.

1. The internet failure is just because sometimes the service only is strong enough for phone and texting. If it has a little phone next to the bars, it means you can only call. If you can use the internet, then the top will say G7. I had the same problem. just charge, and then restart your phone.

2. There might be a problem from the phone itself. Please confirm the matter by inserting the memory card in another phone and if it doesn't work, you will definitely have to get it formatted.

LG KS 360 turns its self off when texying
It sounds like you need to update your firmware.

Go to Settings/tools on the menu, tools, and update firmware.

If that doesn't work, you need to take your LG Rumor back to the store were you bought it. If you have insurance they will fix it or give you a new phone.

then fill in your details, and a link to download will be sent to your phone.
or you can go to your phone browser, and type in msn mobile messenger in your browser.
and you can use the messenger on the msn website there.

Touchscreen has stopped working.
it sounds like your ribbon in the phone that connect the main circuit board to the top screen may have come slightly out due to sliding the handset up and down many of times

i would take this to a respectable mobile phone repair shop and they will be able to fix this for you

My lg ks 360 mobile phone wont turn on
LOL! yo u know i had the same problem, leave your phone charging in a cold place dont put it in the fridge tho .. like leave it sitting in one spot for ages but no longer than 6 hours, then plug in the slide it up and then hold the on botton, but i may warn u, u can only use your phone when u slide it not when its in brick mode.. okay ?

Will the lg ks 360 work in america?
i just got the phone a month ago for tmobile my self. it works really well. al though if you wanna get on the web you have to talk to some one in the tech dep. at tmobile and they have to send info to your phone. you just have to give them the imei number on the back of your phone. if it helps try to talk to a guy named pedro in the tech depo. he was the only one i talked to who knew what they were doing. all in all it works fantastically for tmobile here in jersey.
