The machine is new , but it is not working ,in the display only the f67 nothing more.
If the machine is NEW , you are entitled to FREE WARRANTY support and it must be availed, failing any tampering can cancel the warranty specially if the part replacement cost is high,
This can be error on the program controller unit, possible memory failure or a RESET could be a solution. Remove power and try once again before you call Siemens support.
