Look for a bad ground to the headlights. The ground probably feeds all of the front lights, and when you are using the headlights, they are seeking a ground through the turn bulbs. When you apply 12v to the turn bulbs,it is reversing this affect(the turn bulbs are seeking a ground through the headlights).

Have a 2007 ford f150 blinkers and 4 ways work fine untill headlights turned on then blinkers stay light but not blinking

Could be the turn singal relay not getting the correct power when lights engaged. Take out bulb from headlight and then turn on headlights. Now no power to the headlights. Try to turn on blinkers now. If they blink replace signal relay, if they still are solid it may be your flasher. Just a guess without looking. Thanks.

2001 jeep grand cherokee when headlights on the right blinker blinks fast and right headlight is dim

Seems like an Earth problem for the RH lights.
Grab a Jumper lead. Attach one end to a good earth (engine or Neg. Battery post).
Other end to the RH metal mud guard.

Fast Blinker

Usually a fast turn signal means that there is a light out. You should probably check all of your lights, including back-up lights, and turn signals. If there is one out then replacing the burnt out bulb should fix the problem.

2002 Jeep Liberty headlights blink

I have the same problem. I had it when I turned on my Blinker and turned. When the switch in the steering wheel turn the blinker off it made my head lights blink sometimes. It has to do with the switch that controls the blinker and the head lights. It does not happen all the time.
