SOURCE: P200 Subwoofer all quiet

Try taking tha cable out of the amplifier and touching it, this should create a low hum, as your body is sending throug a small current. if this works then you may have accidently switched the sub woffer on in the amplefier. if however you get nothing through the sub then you may have a dry joint in the solder, or the board may be dead. Other option, try an other cable. they also use lead based solder so they do get old.

Which subwoofer will sound the loudest?

When you're looking for a loud subwoofer you'll need to consider sensitivity, enclosure type and available power. You'll need to start with a subwoofer with a high efficiency (sensitivity) rating housed in a ported or band pass box.
Power the sub with an amplifier that has a power output that is within your sub's recommended power range. You'll achieve the slam you're listening for. Using an amplifier with a bass boost control can also help.

How do i set up my subwoofer sawm40

Sounds like you have a passive subwoofer, you run speaker wire from 'front speaker receiver out' to the subwoofer, the 'subwoofer out' to your front speakers. Seem like your sub has a crossover that grabs the bass frequencies and passes off the rest to the front speakers

If you have a 'subwoofer line out' on your reciever and a 'line in' on you subwoofer then just use that single wire, this would be for a powered sub. You know that you have a powered sub if your sub has a power cord attached to it.

I need to know what kind of cable to use for my behringer vmx 1000 usb subwoofer port...i know that it's xlr connection and i have a subwoofer that takes 1/4 inch, so it will be xlr female from the mixer...

The 1/4 inch should be a TRS (balanced connector) You should find pin 1 of the XLR to the sleeve of the TRS. Pin 2 of the XLR can connect to either the tip or the ring of the TRS and pin 3 of the XLR to the other TRS tip or ring. The line should be an audio interconnect line, balanced. If that doesn't work get back to me as there may be another problem. Make sure all interconnected equipment is powered from the same receptacle or power conditioner !!! Remember these subwoofers are WAY down in frequency so unless you have stuff down in the 50Hz or less range it won't do much. That is LOW...

The fuse blows instantly

When the fuse blows supect an overload in either it's power supply or the power amp section. Look round for burnt or damaged parts first. An ohm meter will show a faulty part in this state as it will act like a piece of wire. So when you touch the terminals of a transistor etc (power off) with the ohm meter leads, it will be just like you had touched the leads together!
