Everytime I break mine or chip it I get a replacement for less thatn $5 at Goodwill. Just check at all of the locations in your area for a few weeks and you will usually find one.

The factory could probably ship you a new Stoneware pot, but the cost of the pot plus the shipping cost for that heavy item would probably be as much as a new unit. My suggestion is to replace the whole cooker.

I have the same problem so I called Rival. They told me that they no longer carry this particular model (3745 oval) and they do not have the electrical base as a replacement part. They suggested that perhaps another 4.5 or 5 qt. model might be able to use the stoneware liner. They attempted to find one that is compatible but their computers were running slow and it would have taken too much time to look one up.
