A lot of white noise appearing on Panasonic CT-27SL13 27 using COMCAST

Hi, this problem appeared recently and has been gradually developing. And it is very weird one. I am using an extended COMCAST package (~90 channels or so). At first my TV would start producing sudden visual and sound noise for channels starting with channels 45-46 (nothing ever happenning with the lower channels). Then the noise started appearing more often and in large amounts. Some of the days I would get no noise on all channels, some of the days onnly a group of them, and some of the days--all channels starting with 45-46. Now it has deteriorated to all channels starting with channel 16. I know that it is not COMCAST--we were able to watch our other, smaller TV in another room. Moreover, I brought that TV into the room with Panasonic, and that other TV was not experiencing the same problem at all, when connected to the same cable. What can it possibly be? I am puzzled.

You maist likely have bad ground connections inside the tuner of this TV set. Good Luck

I have a Panasonic TC-P42S30 plasma tv. Recently I have noticed image problems affecting the whole screen. Large white or light areas have started to develop large off color areas, and a grainy appearance....

Unfortunately there isn't a way to say exactly what board is causing the issue, plasma sets are a lot harder to repair as there are at least double the amount of boards in them and several boards cause similar issues.

Vertical white line down centre of Soniq PT42SH plasma TV.

One of your "X" buffer boards is defective. In Panasonic plasma tv's they are located at the bootom of the set and connect directly to the plasma diplay panel via a thin ribbon cable. The board you want to replace will be directly in line with the discolored vertival line in the picture. The part number is on the circuit board and usualy starts with "tnp..." or "txp..."

check The B+ of your tv. If no b+ Check the input AC voltage. If Ac i/p are ok but no B+ Volt maybe your IC in power supply has problem.

What does code U16 mean on Panasonic fp7713?

Did you replace the Developer unit?
I beleive the Developer unit is not installed properly

Color has degraded, not much white, or green

Since yo're getting a good picture from DVD then TV is OK. Replace (reset it first) the box.

CT-36SL14 powers on with clicking noise.

Sorry, but you've been had. From what you describe, it sounds like the set is going into high voltage shutdown. It does this if picture tube voltage goes over limits that might cause excess x-ray radiation, and the only way to clear the shutdown is to unplug the set. A number of things might be causing the problem, including a bad picture tube which would exceed the cost of a new TV. Without checking the set myself I couldn't suggest anything specific, and there are few repairs you would be able to try for yourself without the tools and some experience.

The only "solution" to this, I think, is to try to get your money back from the seller as the item was misrepresented, and apply it toward a set you can see working before you buy it.

Vertical Deflection problem on Panasonic TC29V10A

replace the vertical Ic and it probably failed because of the two Electrolytic Capacitors so check and replace if necessary. Not for a beginner but if you are good with a soldering iron and ****** it is possible.
