I had this happen a few months ago and had the owners manual and got the codes out of it and went ,got the part and fixed it.. my manual is now gone.. need help with the codes

Failed to lock. Door lock monitor switch in door lock mechanism unable to communicate to control board the door is locked.
1.Check wire connections in harness leading from machine control board to door lock mechanism.
2.Check solenoid and door lock enable switch in door lock mechanism.
3.Replace responsible component.

Unplug from the outlet and wait about 5-10 minutes. When you put the plug back into the outlet, the door should unlock.

Open the detergent dispenser door on top of mach. There you will find a small yellow nylon cord, pull on the cord and the door should open

Faulty Latch ,, i would order and replace the latch assy, you acess the latch by removingthe 4 screws in the dispensor assy, the n remove the door, andthe 2 screws opposit teh door hinge. then the front "u shaped" panel will come off and then just 2 5/16" screws on either side will release the main top assembly allowing you to tip it backwards and gaining acess to the latch assy
