Question about Motorola Mobility V220

I cant receive any picture message....why not ???

In my "motomanual " says i can view pictures but when someone sends me a picture it says go to viewmymessage.com....but the says i can just read the message and i can see the picture.....can you tell me anyway i can fix this problem ???

I think you cannot fix it.maybe that picture have a big pixel and it not match with you phone pixel

Receiving text messages with pictures

This model not the best for doing & receiving pictures or texts. But I sometimes have issue above if someone has sent a message or a picture to me as part of a group message. I seem to have less issues if they send it to just me directly. Next time someone sends you one, text them back & ask them to send you pic/message seperately, not within a group & see if that helps

When I receive an e-mail from someone that has pictures on it I then forward the message to another person but I review it before I send the message & the pictures that are on the original message are...

with an MMS-enabled phone you can:
Take digital photographs and store photographs on the Internet Send and receive full colour pictures Send and receive voice clips Add a text message to your picture Purchase pictures and sounds from the Internet Have enhanced polyphonic ringtones
MMS runs over GPRS. You normally need to subscribe to a GPRS tariff, and have 'Media Messaging' enabled by your network operator. You will need a phone handset that supports the MMS service - If you receive an MMS message and don't have a suitable handset or GPRS service, you'll receive a standard SMS text message, and will be able to view the message at the web address included with the text message.

Hi,

I think the problem here is with your connection. I understand that you have the right settings from your operator...however you should check with them to see if your line is data enabled for MMS (this is how your pictures are sent....in an MMS message).

If you send a pic message to someone you should then received a text msg from samsung you then install the settings and away you go

hope this helps, if not then you can do it on tmobile website in secs, they send u a message again u just install it

Cannot send pics as message

usually to receive picture messages..you have to send one picture message...

if you cant send mms...check with your service provider if you have free mms included in your contract..if you have then they should be able to give you a solution as to how to activate it...but usually one should be able to send mms

do you have internet on you phone because it will not work unless you have the internet connected... i got the internet shut off on my phone and now i cant send or receive pics anymore either.

Hi Kim, Contact your provider and ask them to send you there WAP and MMS settings, usually when you recieve theese you switch off your phone, power it back up and YOU need to send a picture to activate the MMS settings with your provider. Good Luck!
