Hello paversa971 - Are you certain the error code is E12? This manufacturer does not have any E12 error code for washers. Could it possibly be E10 or E11? If so, washer may be experiencing a water fill issue.
E10 code indicates there is no water supply. This can be confirmed by :
Shut off the faucet to stop water supply to the washer.
Disconnect and pulling the supply hose off the washer to confirm the E10Code
Opening the faucet and watch for running water
E10 also means that your cold water is coming in too slow, disconnect the
cold water hose and check to see if the screen on your washing machine
is clogged. If the screen is clean and the hose has good pressure then
you will need to replace the water valve on your machine--- this is the
piece that the hoses directly connect to.
E10 = long fill. Check hoses, faucet and water valve screens first. Clean if necessary. If this did not help - something has failed in the washer, either the pressure switch, control board, or water valve.
1 Beep/E10--Error: Water doesn't enter Cause: Water supply problem, Check kinks and faucets 1 Beep/E10--Error: Water leaks Cause: Water connections loose, household drain clog, oversudsing. Correct problems. 1 Beep/E10--Error: Dispenser drawer is open Cause: Washer will not operate if drawer is open.

EFO = Filter Blocked (low flow) and it is accessible from the bottom front of the machine.
1. there is a blockage in the filter or drain hose.takes too long to drain out. 2. over dosing of powder or liquid. again can cause an air lock in the pump which slows the drain pump down.
Check the filter and drain hose and test again. this fault will only come up at the end of a cycle. You do not need to reset the machine to get rid of the fault code as this is automatically deleted.
Run an empty load with no detergent in an attempt to get rid of the code.

I have an error code chart that came with mine and it says a few different things for E10. 1st says water not entering washer. 2nd says water leaks. 3rd soap dispenser drawer is open. In another post there was something about a magnet needed in the drawer too. But I would suggest checking your hoses and making sure you have water and the drawer is completly closed.
Water not reaching the dispenser is one of the codes.
does it fill with water.
is it on a pedestal is the drain hose below the washer?
is it getting hot and cold water.
if water is not entering ,open the top and check the wiring to the water valves (where the hoses screw on)
shuts off and gives me an E 10 error code. What is the problem.
