Hi, Our Split System Air conditioner wont turn on, i have done the following things to try to get it to work: Turned the Power to the Air Conditioner Off then Back on. Changed the Batteries in the Remote Control as there are no controls on the Air Conditioner itself. I think the Remote may be playing up as it doesnt seem to be connecting to the Air Con when i press the On button but the remote does show its display. If anyone can give me some suggestions or let me know if i need to get someone to come repair it. Model KSR27G. Cheers..
On some remotes there is a reset button which is pressed by using the nib of a pen. Or if this does not work you should look under the cover for a manual button, most units have one, and see if the aircon responds. I suspect your remote sensor is faulty, but try the previous suggestions first.
I heve a Daikin aircondition, the remote works but the system does not respond. how can this be fixed?

Yes i do have a Multi Meter.
I also managed to find the On Button located under the a Panel on the front of the Air Con itself & after pressing it still nothing happened.
I have checked that the Air Con has power connected & nothing else seems out of place.
I also have a split A/C KSR25F and have power to the indoor unit KSR27G. Power in to the control box and no power out to the out door unit. Do i need to change my control box or could other factors like fan motor effect the control box not out putting all in the indoor unit. TA
I can turn the Air Con on at the manual switch in the face of the unit but it won't respond from the remote. I have new batteries in the remote and get a full screen on the remote but no response from the a/c. I have pressed the reset button on the remote but still no action!
Go to the indoor section of the a/c and look to see if you have power to the unit. To trouble shoot this thing we need to start at the beginning. After the check I need you to check the transformer to see if you have 24 volts on the secondary side of transformer. You can tell it's the secondary side by the color of wires coming off of it they are blue and yellow. Black and white is primary side. I think it is a power issue but have to eliminate somethings first.
Do you have a circuit board or fan center? And if you have circuit board can you see a led light lite up.
Do you have milti meter?
