An Element Electronics 32? HD LCD Television model FLX-3211B was shiped to me three days ago. It worked for two days. the picture was very good. I connected it to regular cable (not HD). Today the picture started to blink and the left side would go dark. Then the picture would be good for some time and the cycle would start over. When I unpluged it for a couple of minutes the picture would be good for several minutes before the cycling would start over.

This is a sign of bad capaciters ( when they heat up the TV will start the cycle you talk about!) when you turn it off they cool down and act normal(good picture!) This is a major problem that a servoce person needs to fix!
I would send that TV right back( Have the company that sent you the faulty set pay for shipping)

You might have bad capacitors still that you cannot see. The only way to be sure is with an ESR meter. Check all the connections on the boards again to be sure that the sensor for the remote did not come off.

Looking for the location of the Inverter Board in my Element Electronic FLX 3211B LCD Television Set. Is there a youtube video on how to locate and replace one ?or a photo that shows where it is.

What I have found on this tv is the inverter board is integrated with power board you might want to head over to badcaps site on this one.It could be as simple as replacing 2 transistors and a fuse.
