Fax machine I have a panasonic fax machine and the paper seems to get stuck going thur when I am faxing.. I am looking for a solution in how to clean the fax machine or is there something else that can be done to solve this problem. It will not feed more then 1 sheet ata time and when u try to feel the next sheet it stops. I hope this is enough info and I can solve this problems asap. Thank you Linda

Most likely you will need parts. When fax machines do this, the paper separation pad is worn out or wearing down. If you get parts, you'll need both the pad and feed roller that ride on the pad.

Panasonic how to clean rubber rollers

What I have done in the past is take a piece of 8 1/2 x 11 paper card stock of thicker than 20 lb. Put alcohol on bottom part of paper and start feeding it in BUT HOLD ON TO IT DO NOT LET IT FEED THRU. The friction will clean rollers. You'll get a paper jam of course. Reset and do it again. Has always worked for me.

Clean Fax KXFHD351 Panasonic

Nope No mirror, try cleaning the drum corona wire. Gently clean wire with a #2 pecil eraser to remove any dirt, then open fax sheet feeder and GENTLY clean with alcohol wipe across the light bar scanner. Paper dust builds up on this.

PANASONIC FAX MACHINE PRINTING BLACK THICK LINE

Open the front of the fax machine. Then pull down the the tray that has the down arrow imprinted on it. Locate the glass strip towards the back, just behind the center roller. Use a cloth and rubbing alcohol to clean the glass and that should remove the black line.

there maybe a small paper jam in the machine that you are missing. if you are handy, unplug the fax machine and look around where the paper is fed into. if you see paper trapped anywhere, try pulling it out with a pair of needle nose pliers. the machine will not work right till the jam is cleared.
