Question about Tatung Elio Photo JukeBox MP3 Player

Docking station Does anyone know if there is a docking station for the elio mp3 player? I am having trouble trying to get my mp3 player to work on another docking station. Can you tell me what I plug my mp3 player in with? Was there a jack plug with the mp3? I had it working once, but forget what I did!!! Help!!!!

Here is the link for the user manual; http://asono.com/support_data/40/Elio%20manual%20english.pdf There is a docking cradle (check page 29)although the link they suggest is a pointless search portal which just directs you to more search portals, equally useless. If you are interested in getting one please ask again and I will look harder but I suspect they may be a little hard to get hold of and neither Tatung or Asono sell them on their sites. here is the link to the contact details for Asono (if you get it in Norwegian there is a select language box at the top right of the page and it is available in English also) they may be able to tell you who they sold any surplus too etc. and hopefully your other questions are answered in the manual also. Hope this helps, please ask again if you need more :)

Windows Media Player 11

I have found W Media player 10 & 11 not to be compatible with many progs. I reverted back to W Media player 9 & have no problems. Try it!

Missing operating sistem in my elio player 20 GB

Hi Trueman, I have had a similar problem: Operating system not found. I fixed it by using elio utility that is installed along with elio Media Manager. The elio utility can be opened by clicking All Programs -> Elio -> elio utility. There are options like "Recover", "Reinstall" and so on. Try "Recover" at first. Good luck Regards F.M

Hi.The back can be taken out (my elio crashed into the ground)and it opened itself.It has no screw, just a fittet back with a kind of glue.

Elio doesnt connect

i have similar problem, i think i know why mine doesn't work. My son connected the usb port to power supply, since then the elio manager does not recognise that the player is connected.... something must have blown in the usb circuitry
