Maybe you used your email address to register the Fire, if you did it will show your apps. De-register it and set the kids up their own account or an account in the spouses name and just put on the kids apps.

Bought used kindle and can't register it

There is a way to reset to factory default,
you can do a youtube search or Google.com

At the Pawn brokers that I know and work for
They do Not take Kindle fires Anymore, because of registration problems, the Best thing to do is take it to an authorized Kindle dealer, hope this helps?

Can you re register your kindle to another person

She will have to establish an account with Amazon. Once that is done, just de-register the Kindle and she can then register it in her name.

How do I deregister my kindle fire tablet

In your Amazon account, ( If you don't have one, create one) simply login and click on the "Manage your Kindle" tab on the right of the screen, and then select the "my devices" option, where you can register or deregister your Kindle.
If your Kindle is second-hand, you'll need the serial number of your Kindle to register it in your name.

On the home page, tap the gear icon at the top. Tap "More...". Tap "My Account". Tap the "Deregister" icon. After it deregisters it will let you register it again, register it in your name then.

If it was reported lost or stolen, this is for a reason. You should contact Amazon to return the device to its proper owner, and the police to bust the person that sells "lost or stolen" goods. You might even get your money back.

wep key is a wireless key code found in your pcs router,Go to the routers home page and look under wireless settings.Somewhere on the kindles configuration you need to enter this code.
