hey i have a solution but its quite rough though... take out all your memory card and sim card and battery... then without the battery press the on button. just put in the battery and keep holding the button. if it still restarts then take out and put the battery in again until it will start. this really works as it works for me 5 times when i had this problem. but the only thing i'm scared is that it might damage your phone. but once you have this problem your music player will be spoilt already. my music player was also spoilt but it works twice. now it doesnt work though. im not sure about music player
The same thing happens to mine about every week or so. I take out the sim, and restore the phone to factory settings, including deleting all files. This is a pain, but does get the phone operational again.
The easiest way to to fix this is to do a Master Restart. But doing this will revert all the settings to its original specs (be it ringtones, text alerts, Alarms settings, etc) you will need to contact your cell phone provider to get the password, which you will need to do a Master Restart, Also and it seems trivial but its a good idea to turn off your phone every morning and restart it so it can catch a new signal. hope this was helpful
Good Luck =)
FIRSTLY U MUST CHECK WEATHER THE PROBLEM IS IN YOUR PHONE AUR IN THE SIMCARD CONNECTION.YOU SHOULD TRY THE SIMCARD OF SOME OTHER COMPANY ALSO,SO THAT IT CAN BE CONFIRMED THAT WHERE IS THE PROBLEM.........AND IF YOU ARE SURE THAT THE PROBLEM IS IN PHONE THEN;
1.TRY TO ACCESS THE NETWORK CONNECTIONS AND SEARCH ALL THE AVAILABLE CONNECTIONS.
2.REMOVE THE BATTERIES AND THE SIMCARD AND RESTART THE PHONE AGAIN.
HOPEFULLY UR PHONE WILL WORK PROPERLY.
We have a family plan with AT&T and we each have different phones: a Blackberry Pearl, an LG KE770 Shine, a RAZR and a Pantech. All the phones get strong AT&T signals at home except the LG Shine which shows no signal at all. This is true also when we go to different parts of town...all the phones get strong signals except the LG may or may not have a signal. We took it to a service center and they gave us a new SIM card but the problem remains. What could be the problem except the possibility that the LG Shine really sucks?
