I have had the same problem for about six months now,and because I have no guarentee I got a little mad and tapped it on the side with my knuckles low and behold it went back to normal.

Try messing around with the settings so different pictures are achieved. is there flash? (I personally never use flash in any pictures I take). Just setting the ISO to manual doesn't do anything, There are specific values, setting it to a lower may help, there's also white balance and exposure you should take in account. The camera also isn't that great of a camera and I'd suggest getting a new one.
This maybe two problems, the pink color hue in the picture and lines from lens shutter problems. Your LCD is still good. You have to replace motherboard and lens.
This sounds like a colour balance issue. There are several settings for colour balance, and the easiest to use is Auto. Other settings may give a colour cast if you take pictures in lighting conditions other than the one the camera is set for.
There are also "effects" settings in some cameras. Again, best left off if you don't intend to take an un-natural looking picture.
it is because your camera circuit is gone bad, so kindly check with the dealer for the repair on your board, it is very simple problem, it can be solved easily. this will surely solve your problem.,plz do rate me
Never had that camera, however, had the same problem -- the pink stripe and pink cast. Turns out the lens cover was slightly cracked and not opening and closing properly. Thus -- the pink cast.
Assuming all power supplies are OK, you most likely have a bad CRT grid, and that respective (red) tube must be replaced. I'm sorry that it went that way, as this repair is not cheap....accordianman
