Question about Samsung Yepp YP-Z5QB MP3 Player
Well, a few months back i ever-so-smarly mangaged to drop my MP3 player into a sink full of water. It works. It charges, etc. It just won't scroll down. I can only get to the unknown artist music section. I tried to take it apart to see if i could do anything, but i only mangaged to break the sound changing part, not that i'm worrying about that now, it's on a good volume. Now, is there any way i can try to get it to scroll again? I had it for three months when this happened.
Samsung approved Service Agents will be able to obtain the scroll/touch keypad parts you require (they're available ex Korea if they don't already have). Under these circumstances, you would have to pay for the repair, but I suggest you get a quote first.

Probably not. All controls and functions are electronic So it looks like the soaking did that bit no good at all. Consider yourself fortunate that it survived the ducking- most small electronics don't.
