V3 sounds horrible and catches interference!

I hear interference over the phone... bad sound quality do you think this has to do with the flex of the speaker?

Friends say When i speak sounds like Static any 1 know how to change setting or find it in computer. Im using Satellite Fusion

The external microphone itself could be the culprit, or its connection to the 3.5mm port could be flaky. To test the theory do this:

1 Connect an external microphone to the computer.

2 Click Start, point to All Programs, Accessories, Entertainment, then click Sound Recorder.

3 Click the Record button and speak normally into the microphone.

>>>> WIGGLE THE CONNECTION AT THE LAPTOP OR FLEX THE MIC CABLE WHILE RECORDING. Maybe even narrate what you are doing while you record your voice. "Flexing cable near mic, now near plug..." <<<<

NOTE: You can only record 60 seconds at a time.

4 When you have finished recording, click the Stop button.

5 To hear what you just recorded, click the Play button.
6 To save the file, select Save from the File menu.

>>>> If you hear crackling in the playback that correlates with your handling of the cable then bad seating or a bad cable are the problem. <<<<

Adjusting recording quality

The better the quality of the recording, the more disk space the sound file requires. Experiment to find a balance that fits your needs.

1 Open Sound Recorder, if necessary (click Start, point to All Programs, Accessories, Entertainment, then click Sound Recorder).

2 In the Sound Recorder window, click Edit, then click Audio Properties.

3 In the Audio Properties window, adjust the Sound Playback quality and volume, and the Sound Recording volume.

4 Click OK.

Your new settings take effect the next time you record.

My screen is black i cant hear who im talkin to but they can hear me i cant access my speaker i have a motorola razr v3

Hello,

The problem with your phone is just flex problem, the flex on the screen of your phone is weak or worn out, this is a common problem among slide or flip phone.

What you need to do is to replace the flex on the screen of your phone, you can get this done by going to any local phone repairer within your vicinity to help get it fix or replace.

Once the flex is replace, your phone display problem is solve and the screen will start displaying.

On the other hand, you said you cannot hear the person you are talking to, the problem with your phone is that the earpiece on your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear the party calling you or hear anything while you call.

All you need to do is to replace the earpiece on your phone and you will see that you can hear whoever you are talking to on your phone.

Change the earpiece on your phone and you will see that the problem is solved. meanwhile, you can keep using the headset pending the time you will replace the earpiece.

Take care.

My screen display no longer lights up--completelly black! Phone still can accept a message. Don't understand how to get the lighted screen back!

Since it is a flip phone i guess your flex is damaged or your screen is faulty. You need to first change the flex or check whether the cord is well connected.

The screen on my razor keeps blinking out and the screen turns white what do i suppose to do?

Hello

The FLEX of your phone shifted from its original position.

A flex is found in Flip phones and slide phones,it is what connects the screen of the phone to the panel of the phone.

What you should do is this;

.open your phone

.you will see something like a little wide plasticlike cable (that is your flex)

.remove it and fix it back properly (be careful) you should hear a click sound

.close the phone and switch it on.

if you cant do this yourself, get somebody with a bit of experience to do it for you

If problem persists, then your flex is faulty and it should be changed

My phone well turn on but the screen is white?

what model you are using? please provide more information and how exact it went like this?

if you can hear sound from your phone even in white display, that means you have to change display (sometime flex cable inside it)
if you can't hear sound, then it can be solved through software service point (normally repairer can do this)

that's it..

Motorola razr

Most likely the small flex cable on the LCD screen in the top part of the phone needs replaced. The speaker in the earpiece must be bad and it is soldered to this flex cable. It can be repaired by a cell phone repairman.

No sound!

your mic is faulty,, bring it to the pro's, you can do it but you can also damage ur fone, its in the lower section of the board you can clean it by cotton buds and a thinner,., but the flex is case sensitive so it's better go to the pro's

Software

this sounds more like a firmware problem and you will need a data cable and a good flashing/Flexing program to fix it.
