I forgot that's how easy it was. My husband and i are trying but there is something we are not doing wright. regaurding the pump can you please help. Remove the panel at the back and find the pump...it will be the unit that sits below a thick pipe which is attached to the drum. On the other side of the pump there is a smaller pipe attached (the drain hose) which leads to the outside. Remove the hoses (normally they only have clips) and remove the pump completely. Once removed, it is easy to remove any blockages from the pump. Some models have a "filter"....look on the side and back of the washer for a round plug about the size of a peanut butter jar...if there is one, open it and remove objects from inside.... Good luck!
