MP3 enabling i recently got my phone replaced by an insurance provided for cell phones, and it doesn't have the same capabilities as my old phone. to enable mp3s on my old phone, all one had to do was go to the menu, hit '0', then enters seven '0's, then go to 11, then select enable. i do the same thing now, but when i go to 11 (music settings), it says "not available". is there any other way to enable mp3 playing. now my micro-sd card is pretty useless to me.

I lost my phone how do I get a replacement phone

If you have phone insurance that covers loss then contact you service provider. If you don't have phone insurance then you will need to buy a new or used replacement phone. If you buy a used phone make sure it is made to work on your providers network.

Screen won't light up

If your phone screen won't light up then you will need to take the phone into to a repair store unless your phone is less than a year old. All cellphones have a manufacturer's warranty or if you have insurance on the phone. If its less than a year old then take it to your provider in the store because it falls under lg to fix/replace your phone.

My Nokia 2690 mobile set has storen. Now I want to Locked 2690 phone. All papers of phone set is with me.

Friend ... this is simple. Call your service provider and have your phone turned off. Make a police report. If you have insurance on the phone ... call em, repoprt the loss to them.

The thief doesn't care about your papers. What the thief cares about is your dawdling around looking for the phone. In the mean time, he or she will charge all kinds of stuff to you then sell the phone to someone else. You might end up owning a small county. So, forget all the paper stuff - call your service provider now.

My Phone's Internet doesn't Want to work at all and the messages are really slow in receiving...Helpp Please!

There are many factor that could contribute to this problem. Try these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

#1 - Turn the phone off and on again.
#2 - If you are using a "3G", "4G", or "LTE" capable phone, you usual have the option of disabling that connectivity and using slower cellular connections. Go into the options on your device and disable 3G/4G/LTE.
#3 - Insure proper reception. If you are in an area of poor reception, your phone's attempts to communicate with the internet will often be interrupted.
#4 - Insure you phone has a sufficient charge. Weak batteries can cause many issues.
#5 - Check for connectivity issues VS device issues. If you're phone supports WiFi, try using it to view a web page. If this works, while the cellular network does not, then contact your provider. This can indicate a damaged device, a phone plan that does not provide the features you desire, or even reception problems.

Screen damaged

Try taking battery out with phone on. Leave Battery out for at least a minute and put back in. If still white then the screen has been damaged and will need to be replaced or you may need to get a new phone. If you have insurance on you acct. contact your provider and they should be able to replace it. There will be a deductible that you will need to pay. If you have no insurance I suggest looking for a new phone. If your eligible for an upgrade with your provider you can go that route.

Tracking my mobile

While your service provider has some capability to trace the IMEI number vs SIM number being used in phones and the capability to triangulate where it is being used, because of privacy laws, this information is not given to customers. This information is only given to law enforcement with the proper sopeana paperwork. I suggest you call your provider and put a lost/stolen feature on the device so it cannot be used. You can then replace the device either by purchasing a new phone and sim or using insurance if you have that feature.

Need bootloader 06.A3, Err:a5,69,35,00,2E

This is an internal software error. If your phone is less than 1 year old you can get it replaced at no charge from your provider. If it is over 1 year old you would need to use your insurance if you have that option. Point is, t he phone will need to be replaced.

All i want to know is how do i go about getting a replacement phone because i bought mine less then a year ago and it has been giving me problems with months??

If you bought insurance then you simply call your provider and they will direct you through the neccessary steps ofr getting a replacement phone. Or if no insurance then your phone may be warrantied still since i is less than one year old. Your best bet is to bring your phone in right away to your local provider and explain the situation to them and get them to assist you. Time is of the importance if you are under a warranty. I hope this helps.
