On three different days I tried three times each day to register my purchase on line and it would NEVER go through. Then I tried printing the data sheet and mailing it to the address listed, i.e., Mattel Interactive, 1700 Progress Dr., Hiawatha, IA 52233-2400, USA. After three weeks or so I had the letter returned by the postal service with the admonition "Return to Sender, Not Deliverable as Addressed, Unable to Forward." What I want to know is "What the hell is going on with you jokers? How do I register The Print Shop 23?"

Set the layout in the screen (according with the layout of the paper / cards you are going to use) --> set the 3 different texts (receipes) in the screen according with this layout--> print

You might have a problem with your CD/DVD drive. Try inserting the CD in another computer. If the files are shown, replace your CD/DVD drive or just add another CD drive to an empty bay of your computer.

Clean the CD or DVD

I tried to call about the absence of Print Shop 23 in the registration page and they are closed for the weekend. You won't be able to contact them until Tuesday because of the holiday.

The only problen I see is that The Print Shop only goes to Version 22 on that page. Is the version correct that you quoted...Print Shop 23?
