Question about Samsung SGH-D500 Cellular Phone
Try to get the GPRS settings from your network provider that should sort it out if not contact samsung and find out if they can send you any software to solve the problem i am sure if you try these 2 things it should resolve your problem gd luck

If this isn't a "User Profile" site like "My Yahoo" / "My MSN"/ or a forum.
Try this:
Open Internet Explorer. Then go to Tools' Internet Options, and then the Advanced Tab.
Reset your Internet Explorer settings with the "Reset" button.
Download this little guy:

Run All Temp Files cleaner with all options selected. This will clean out all cached files.
Reboot your PC, and try again.
