No display, just winked out in middle of show

Hand home positioning normally has nothing to do with time setting.
Just set your local time and date and then you can do the hand home positioning procedure.This will not affect the time setting.If hands,after a while,do not show correctly,this means that the watch is under severe magnetic field, after severe shock or finally watch malfunction.
You must know that on this type of watches analog time follows digital time.

Sir try to check the cables connection at the back of your tv. and if you are using a digital receiver, try to use a dvd to check if there is a sound. If there is a sound the problem is the digital receiver, feel free to send feed back good day and best regards.

The date changes every second time the hour hand passes 12 O'clock.

Your watches' second pass is at midday instead of midnight, so to make it operate correctly, you need to wind it on 12 hours. The date will then change at midnight.

First Verify Correct Home City Is Selected
1. In Time Keeping Mode (That is The Digital Display shows time and Day of week)



2. Press Button (A) long enough to country code start to flash on digital display.


3. Press Button (B) or Button (D) to change Country code to current one.
4. After Selecting Desired Country, Press button (A) TWICE.

Now Country Code will be saved on watch.

Supported Country codes are:-




To Activate DST (Daylight Saving Time).
1. In Time Keeping Mode (That is The Digital Display shows time and Day of week)


2. Press Button (A) long enough to Digital Display start to flash.

3. Press Button (C) TWICE to Display DST Settings.
4. Press Button (D) repeatly to cycle through three DST Options:-
A --> DST is set on Automatic Mode. If Your country uses DST, the watch will Adjust DST Accordingly.
OFF --> DST is set to disabled. No DST is applied to Main Time Settings
ON --> DST is Set to On. DST is applied even if your country doesnot follow DST.
5. Press Button (A) TWICE to save Selected Option.

i just bought one last week and having the same problem. I have an accutron automatic watch and once i get it started it will keep time for up to 48 hours w/ no movement. I think the haurex is poorly made and if i can't get it to run longer than 12 hrs( wichi is about how long it runs now) i will be returning it.

Press the button on the lower right side of your Indiglo watch to unlock the mode function of the watch.

2 Press the button on the lower left side to move through the modes. Each time you are in a mode, the digital display will flash. For example, when the time display begins to flash, you are in the correct mode to set the time.

3 Change the time (or date) by pressing the button on the upper right side to advance the numbers or the button on the left side to move the numbers down. When you do this, you will be changing the first set of numbers (the hour or month, for instance); to change the minutes, press the button on the right side of the face until the second set of numbers is flashing and begin the process again.

4 Press the button on the lower left side of the watch to save your settings. The button on the upper left side of the watch is not used in this process--it is the switch to turn on your Indiglo light.

mcdevito75 here, Even if you did find the company how can you show their fault in your watch??. Best bet, simply look for a small watch repair shop in your area for the repair.

Replace the battery. Does not matter watch is just 6 months old - battery was fitted long before you bought it.

Press the "Mode" button until the display shows "Chrono," then press and hold the "Set/Recall" button. To start the timer, press the "Start/Split" button. It will continue to run even if you exit to another mode. Pressing the "Stop/Reset" button will stop the chronograph. To record a split time, press the "Start/Split" button again while the timer is running. To see your split times, press the "Set/Recall" button while the watch is in Chrono mode. You can then scroll through the various splits with the plus and minus keys. Press "Set/Recall" again to exit display mode and return to the timer.
