My Model # is 27957FE 1-A Dont know how to reset

To set the time and date, start at the base unit. Then press the Flash/Program until Set Day appears on the display. Press the Review or Next button to select the day of the week. Then press Flash/Program again until SetTime appears in the display. Type in the time (hour (two digits) then minute (again two digits)) with the keypad number buttons. Then press Review or Next to select AM/PM. Press Flash/Program to store the information.

Hey i;m hector : MY PROBLEM / 7 DAYS SETUP NO WORK ; ( ej: TIME ON 8.00PM- TIME OFF 5.00AM( SEME DAYS MONDAY TO SUNDAYS?

Hi Hector.
You posted under ET171C8.
You have the timer in front of you, and whole manual cannot be repeated. So there are two options
1) Free option: Add a comment and say specifically where the programming is tricky. If you don't understand the buttons, or if display doesn't show, or if you can't find all days by pushing day button, or if you can't find the am pm choice.
2) Pay for fixya expert to walk you through each step via e-mail.

http://www.intermatic.com/~/media/files/intermatic/products/instructions/timers/et171c%20-%20english.ashx
http://www.intermatic.com/products/timers/electronic%20time%20switches/7%20day%2030%20amp.aspx

If display shows, then battery is correctly installed.

Instructions copied from manual:
1) RESET TIME SWITCH: Press the recessed RESET switch to reset the
microprocessor and delete any set point information which has been
programmed. NOTE: DO NOT press RESET after programming has
begun or you will lose all of your program information.
2) TO SET TIME AND DAY OF WEEK: Place the three position selector
in PROGRAM and the two position selector in CLK mode. Press the
HOUR, MINUTE and DAY buttons individually to select the current time
of day (12 hour AM/PM repeating) and the day of the week. Day 1 is
Sunday, day 2 is Monday, etc.
3) TO PROGRAM SET POINTS: Select PROGRAM mode with the three
position selector and OUTPUT mode with the two position selector.
Press the HOUR and MINUTE buttons separately to program the first set point time desired.
Press the DAY button to select the day the event is to occur.
Press the ON/OFF button to select an ON or OFF set point.
Press the ENTER button to enter that set point for the selected day.
Note that the ON or OFF indicator stops flashing only after pressing ENTER. If this set point is to occur for other days of the week, simply press the DAY button to select the next day then ENTER. Repeat for any additional days. Note that this allows you to utilize one set point for
any or all days of the week.
Then set timer to AUTO for programs to operate

I have model 0155671 but it doesnt look like the model online mine has four buttons across set time plus minus next riw is rnd ctd bottom is manual i dont understand when it says select 12 or 24...

A) 12-24 hour choice >> just use the 24 hour display.
That gives you day and night hours
I don't know why these companies offer 12hr-24hr option on timers.

B) Military time vs Regular time (military time does not use am and pm)
1 1am
2 2am
7 7am
11 11am
12 12noon
13 1pm
14 2pm
20 8pm
23 11pm
24 12midnight

C) Utilitec 0155671 is same as Woods 59377
Before Woods made 59377, they made 49566 (which is also called TD1101 and TD1300)

I think you have Woods 49566

Motorola MD4260

I had the same problem.
Here is the solution that I received from Motorola tech support:

1.Delete all messages
2. Unplug the power and re-apply power
3. Quickly press and release << (previous message) and >> (next message) buttons together while the "Press review to receive setup instructions" message is playing.
The display will change from a segment scanning clockwise to anti-clockwise
4. Quickly press and release the On/Off button before the "Press review to receive setup instructions" ends. The display will change to a square scanning clockwise.
Note, this goes by quickly. I had to repeat steps 1-4 a couple of times before I got it right.
5. Press and release the delete button. The unit will emit a beep.
6. Press and release the on/off button. The unit will emit another beep and annouce "Press review to receive setup instructions"
Done!
