I forgot my wifi password and brought a tablet and can't connect?

If your WiFi is ON then the station ID should be showing when you look for a wifi signal with your tablet.
You should configure the Access Point with a new password and then attempt to log in with that new password.
You may need to uninstall the driver for the wifi on your tablet and re-install it using a new driver.

Cannot get a new one! Factory reset from PC connection to iTunes!

Either find the WiFi your tablet knows about, or modify your current WiFi like the old one temporarily.
You could also set up a new temporary account and setup the new WiFi, then remove the temporary account.
Best yet; Think harder and figure out the old password.

On the myspace login screen click the "Forgot password?" link.

If you're connected to WiFi, you can tap the link for 'forgot password' and then an email will be sent to your email address. If you're not connected to WiFi: There are three options when selecting the option to enter Parent Mode: Select Age Group; Parent Controls; Device Settings, select Device Settings Enter the password 1orEnt= The password is case sensitive. Once in the settings, you can turn on the WiFi. Return to Kidz Mode and try to enter Parent mode, tap Forgot Password. If you don't receive the email, again enter Device Settings, from the left select Apps, on the right select ALL from the top bar. Scroll down the right hand pane and select Kidzstar Mode, from the right hand pane select Clear Data. Return to the idle screen and switch off the unit. When you turn it on, you will need to set up a new account with a different email address.

This solution works for most tablets.

• Power off the tablet

• Tap Power, then press and hold Power + Vol Down until you get a menu, then release

• Look for a Recovery or Factory Reset option, and select it.*PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL ERASE ALL DATA, INCLUDING THE PASSWORD*

You can connect to a free WiFi site at such places as Starbucks, MacDonalds, at some shopping centers and at the airport terminals.
Have the tablet's WiFi turned on and it will automatically detect any wireless WiFi site within range of your tablet. Some site have encryption enabled and you won't be able to connect to these wireless sites.

Go over and knock on their door and ask them.
