Bought my FE 140 today,got it home thought it would be an easy plug and play,5 hours later im still here,
its fine on my husbands computer upstairs,didnt ask for anything,
i install the disk,all fine,plugf the camera in to transfer my picture and its asking for a driver??
im totally lost,the USBxp which is on the disk ive tried installing from there,but still to no avail
so any ideas,help,advice,would be appriciated

If the computer asks u for a specific driver, write the name down, and find it on your computer yourself. Hover you mouse over each file (hopefully, it will be less than 3 or 4). When you move the mouse slightly, it should give the exact address of the driver (usually C:/Windows/system/drivers --------or something that looks like that.
Now go back to where it ask you for the driver. Click "Browse" and browse to the exact location of the driver (the location you wrote down). The Best thing to do is not to even type in the location.........just use the "browse" button to get to driver. Click "OK" or whatever. if it asks you for another driver, u'll have to do the same.
I had to do this for a printer. Like everyone else, I thought I could just uninstall it and Windows XP would reinstall it. The only thing I can think of if that over time, these drivers may get lost in the system, they could be deleted accidentally, etc.

XP / 2000 need no drivers, or software from the disk.
Me should be OK with no drivers

voltage regulator probably,intermittent problem or alternator diode burned .Ask a mechanic to check your voltage and your flowing current in the system while idling
The freeze ups normally happen before the red lights of doom and they are caused by the GPU and the CPU getting too hot and the soldering snaps off so they lose connection.
If you stop the heat build up you will be fine.
You can do this yourself using a good repair guide or you can send it in and they will fix it for you.
As long as you stop most of the heat getting to the GPU and the CPU you will be fine.
You said, I opened my freezer today and everything was defrosting. The fridge is
working fine. I thought maybe did not shut properly so made sure it was

1.Try unplugging the fridge for 5 minutes and then restarting it! This may reset the system! 2.If the freezer is so full that the rear vents are blocked then this may happen. Because the fridge and the freezer share the air! 3. If not then the freezer and the fridge have different controls and the freezer control if faulty!

i have a 1992 isuzu rodeo its 12 deg. out -5 with wind chill truck would not start today played with batt.termanal and started went 1 mile or less to bank and stalled turns over fast but will not restart went back 5 hours later started right up got back home less 1 mile stalled in drive way and wont start.........help
If you can check the rechargeable batteries try that. If you plug it into a wall socket with the adapter and nothing happens you might have other major problems. Just a little education: when you buy something especially from other countries alway check it before leaving to make sure it works. Unless there is a company that you can send the warranty unit to you may be out of luck. Sorry.
