My friend measure the voltage comming out of your microchip and in.also measure the voltage from pin 1 of the eeprom grounded with a pin from your power switch you should get 6volts dc if that is absent then change your microchip.if you get the 6volts change the flyback it is defected.also change your HOT it might read good but practically speaking it is leaky,however for safty reason you can also replace the microchip.good luck my buddy.

Check for blown fuse EP91. If the fuse is blown, check for a shorted IP01 regulator transistor in the deflection power supply. If that is shorted, change the IP04 photo coupler and leaky D05 a 12 volt zener in the OCP circuit of IP01. If this all looks good, look for an oily fluid on the printed circuit boards under the picture tubes. Good Luck
