All of the cycle indicator lights are ON after the washing circle. It does not go to the next spining step. I unplugged the machine and waited, powered it back on to "drain and spin" since It stopped the rinse and spin cycle before it was done. Still all lights are blinking
Any help ?
Your solutions were perfect, it had 3 dollars in coins and safety pins sitting in the tray. Just a note, before you unscrew the white tup, get a bowl, becasue you may have a large aomunt of water. thanks again save me a call to the repair man and then have to sit betwwen 9-5 for him/her to show.
Thank you so much!I logged on to see if anyone knew what a ccertain error code meant and found this solution which fixed my problem! You saved me a call to Sears and what I am sure would have been an expensive house call!
I had the same exact problem and your post solved it completely! Thanks for saving me lots of $$$ by not having to call the service repair guy. Cleaning the trap and removing a child's sock did the trick.
Hi there -
yes! we did have the problem fixed. Thankfully, we were still under warranty and the machine needed a new COMPUTER in it!!! can you believe it? it didn't cost us anything since we were still under warranty. and the service guy said this happens pretty often. so, I'd say, hurry up and call before your warranty runs out,

The "rl" (remove load) error code appears when you are running the "Clean Washer" cycle. You must not have a load of clothes in the washer during this cycle. Remove the clothes from the drum, and restart the cycle. The "Sud" error indicates that the detergent is over-sudsing. The Duet washer automatically combats this by reducing the amount of suds in the washing machine. Let the washer finish the suds-reduction steps. Use less detergent during the next wash cycle.
To Set the Cycle Completion Signal Tone Level • With the "CLEAN" and "SANITIZED" and "RINSE AGENT" Indicator Lights flashing. • Press the "Tone Level. • As you press the "Indicator Lights illuminating and the Cycle Completion Signal Tone level changing. o If none of the Wash Cycle Indicator Lights are illuminated, there will be no tone. The Cycle Completion Signal is turned off. o If one of the Wash Cycle Indicator Lights are illuminated, there will be a low Cycle Completion Signal Tone Level. o If two of the Wash Cycle Indicator Lights are illuminated, there will be a medium Cycle Completion Signal Tone Level. o If three of the Wash Cycle Indicator Lights are illuminated, you will be at the maximum Cycle Completion Signal Tone Level. • Press "START" to save your settings.
If the washer shuts down before spin cycle it indicates that it is unable to drain properly. Please check the drain hose/drain pump filter for any clogs/blockages and try cleaning them to solve this problem. Also after cleaning check if the pump is working fine.
1st you need to know if power is getting to machine, Next could be door interlock switch faulty the fact the fuse blew indicates possible short circuit/ excess current draw occured also check motor brushes assuming machine fills with water 1st
