Help! my son was downloading songs to his mp3 player and there was an error. The playlist is now empty and the mp3 player will not load songs. When we try to sync using windows media player it will say 100% synchronized on the first song but never move on. Then it will just stop and when you unplug the player it says uploading library...but then it will say no tracks. Please help!!

I had this exact same problem!! After researching a little bit on the Insignia website I found out that you can format the drive. After connecting the MP3 to the computer via the USB port just go to my computer and double click on the Insignia Video Player Icon. On the next window there is another icon called Internal Storage, right click on that and the menu comes up. Just click on format and then say okay to the warning window that pops up.. it will delete everything from the player but it works! I just formatted it and now I can add songs to my player again! Hope this works for you too!

Can't figure out how to download songs. Mp3 Element 1GB

If you've got songs on your computer under media player, then synch your MP3 using Media Player.
Then you can transfer the files to your MP3 player by moving those from your library in Media Player to
the right Synch List. Once you've got the songs you want, go to the bottom on the right and press
Start Synch.

HELP ME PLEASE with my "sony walkman NWZ-B105F MP3 PLAYER."

make sure your downloading it to the right folder on the mp3 player its usualy the music folder or you can try and use windows media player here are some instructions for that option.
--**Windows Media Player**--
If you have a large playlist to transfer, you may prefer to do it from your media player, such as Windows Media Player. Once your MP3 player is connected to the computer, open Windows Media Player. Click on the "Sync Music" tab. Drag songs that you want from your Windows Media Library over to the "Sync Music" column to create a playlist. Click the "Begin Sync" tab at the bottom once you have all of the songs on your playlist. This action will sync all of the songs to your MP3 player with one click. Disconnect your device once songs have been transferred by clicking on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the bottom-right side of the desktop tray.

No playlist found

One of the pesky features of windows Media Player is that if you delete the song/playlist from the computer's harddrive, and then resync your device to that same computer, then oftentimes the song/playlist disappears. Reacquire the song/playlist, and then try resyncing to the goGear again.
