I dropped my phone on he road and it got run over!!!!
Hey I was running to my friends car and my phone a Sanyo Katana fell on the road. It was pouring rain and I think possibly two or three cars ran over it. it is still in one piece but the screen is all cracked both LCD and main screens.
I would like to know if it is able to fix

probably too late but he first thing to don in that sit. is rinse the phone in a 75/25 solution of alcohol and water. then open up as you did and let it dry. if you can see water on the display screen your probably out of luck but keep it warm and dry for a few days and see what happens.
Yes, I've seen this happen twice, similarly. When enough shock has been applied to a phone, such as your case, the screen is very susceptable to damage and will need to be repaired or replaced. There's nothing you can do with expertise or spare parts unfortunately, you may even want to look at a new phone if the warranty is out on the phone.
