- To HP's website. After that you should choose an operating system (by clicking on the link that states your operating system). Let's say you're using Windows 7, so you choose Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit) (meaning, press on that link). In the web page that opens next, you should scroll down, until you get to the Driver table. Then, you should press the "Download" button. That will open a dialog box, in which you can choose to "Save" or "Open" (or cancel). I advise you to Save or Download the file to your hard drive.
