How are you changing the Desktop wallpaper? Have you tried opening up an image over the internet and RIGHT click on that image? This will give you a dropdown menu with the "Set as Desktop Background" as an option.
Please let me know how this goes. Thank you for using FixYa.
hi,

www.desktopwallpapers.net
It sounds like a virus. Go to malwarebytes.org and download MalwareBytes' Anti-Maware and scan with a quick scan. If the quick scan doesn't work, try a full scan. Then get avast! Anti Virus to prevent viruses (It's free!) See http://www.william234.co.nr/mpcs2.html for more details!
Go to you favorite search engine and type in "Free Wallpaper". you will get a bunch of sites that offer photo's and graphics. Pick one with the closest screen resolution to yours and right click on the picture save it to the desktop or choose "Set as Desktop Background" in the menu.
Spyware/Malware lockout the wallpaper feature, I would suggest a good anti-virus program like Avast-Free. schedule a Boot time scan, reboot and watch the fun.
