everytime i switch on my mp3 player it says load main image failed..switch to recovery mode..how do i solve this problem..

Hi I have the same problem. Tried restarting it only to get the same message. Where is the support and how do you reset with firewire? Thanks

I would try to restart it and then if it does not happen go to the support and try and reset it with firewire. Once you have done this and it still does not work send it in for repair, it may be the motherboard. connie

i'm thinking that it has too much info on it, so it ets stuck when you turn it on.

follow the above steps but turn on the power button if nothing is happening. It's the only way I got my e280 to recovery mode
