I dropped my samsung sch-a950 cell phone, and now my lcd screen is broken, I have another parts phone with a good lcd screen. Is it difficult to swap out the lcd screens?

I have to tell you that swapping LCD screens are pretty hard especially for phones that you have to open up like this one.
Just take the screen to some Cellphone store they might be able to do it.
