The probe is located on under the main board low inside the only silver metallic box on the bottom w circuit board under it.Remove cover and immediatly you see a 4 inch black wire connected to the main board tucked under and mounted.Unplug the white connector from board, power on, then carefully plug the white connector back on, turn unit off and back on, you should see all 3 mode lights now on steady , no pf error and it doesnt turn off,and you can change modes and temps.Took an hour to take it part and dig around, mine works fookin great now.

Not exactly true. My unit not been on for 6 months (ran last time it was on), got PF msg upon power up after long power off spell, tank is bone dry, and been that way for months, and when I transported it to fix it, it was laying on it side in my car and nothing spilled, inside our out, nothing sloshes around.

Try www.delonghi.com, or go to Lowes and see if they still have one and ask the service desk to copy the english portion.

Have a pac L90 and behind the filter it develops ice buildup after running for about 1 hour. Cleaned filter but problem is still there. Have used this unit for about 2 years

I have the same problem and mine is the same age. I think it's low on freon but no one near me works on them so I'll never know for sure.

Delonghi Pac L90

Hoses for proper connection should have been included with your purchase. Without the hoses the set-up can not be done satisfactory. One is for fresh air supply and the other is the hot air exit hose. These are normally vented out a window. Check with the dealer where you perchased the unit from. If from a private individual contact them.
