Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player

1 Answer

I got my sansa e250 wet, and i've been letting it dry in front of the fan. at first it worked fine, i could listen to music and i could see the screen. then it froze, and ever since i tried to restart it, the screen won't turn on..it's black; the blue light on the wheel turns on. sometimes i can't turn it off once i turn it on, and i can't get it to play or get the screen to work anymore. does anyone have any suggestions. ps it's my boyfriend's, so i'm trying to get it to work without him finding out..please help!

The motherboard is messed up. There is some corrosion on it. you are going to have to get the motherboard replaced. our company can fix it, but you will have to tell your boyfriend. Thanks, Connie

When I try to listen to music on my mp3 player it always says synchronize to continue your musc subscription.

You've got music with DRM that requires regular key resets. You'll have to sync with a server to renew the licensing.

My Sansa e250 wont let me put songs on it.

The songs are in the wrong format - you will have to load songs in mp3 format or WMA's THAT HAVE TRANSFER RIGHTS

Sansa e250 keeps saying "SYNCHRONIZE TO CONTINUE YOUR MUSIC SUBSCRIPTION"

Here's the deal with WMA files - once your subscription expires (or really,  the license on the WMA file expires) - you will have to renew your music service subscription or the song will no longer play on your device.
Use Mp3 format songs - they'll never give you this problem.

Sansa MP3 player charges, plays while plugged into wall, but not unplugged.

When you plug it into the wall make sure you turn it off and let it charge all the way before you start using it again. see if that helps
