There isn't a default IP. You have to configure it via the console port first.

SOURCE: 3com 3300 TM - all Ethernet port not working, power led flashing

A blinking power LED means that the switch is either downloading software, or is initializing which also includes running the Power On Self Test. You may have firmware issues with the switch and/or the switch is stuck in initialization mode. You may have to contact 3com regarding a warranty issue. Hope this helps. Good luck.

SOURCE: what is the defult ip address for access the

The default IP address of the device, depends on the status of the network where the device resides, but if the device is not connected to the network, or no DHCP server exists in the subnet where the device resides, you can get the default IP address of the device on the label on the right of the device rear panel.

Some 3Com NBX telephone 3102's can access paging but has no audible

If the system is in "IP on the Fly" mode you will need to add IP's to the IP pool on the system. If you aren't using any remote phones you can put the system in "Ethernet only" mode and you won't need to worry about the additional IP's. Also, ihave seen problems where you need to make sure that IGMP snooping is enable on the switches for paging to work.

Sir I have 4200 series 26 ports Switch i want to Configure intra VLAN But I am Getting a problem to Configure that switch . After Cnfigure VLAN on Consol prompt. I am not accessing to my Server & WAN...

Hi,
If you are creating only Layer 2 VLANs on the switch , you wont be able to ping the servers and Routers as they are in default VLAN1.
you can do the below steps
1. Create sub interfaces on the router LAN interface
2. Provide a new ip range to the new sub interface
3. Make the switch port connecting router as trunk, so that it will carry both the VLAN info
4. on your Labtop/PC give the IP address in the newly defined range
5. Make your switch port to be in the new VLAN

This will work , if you wont be able to configure the above settings, let me know i will give you the detailed config

How can i access it using telnet?

if it allows telnet sessions, you would go to a command prompt and type:
telnet 192.168.1.2 (or whatever the IP address of the switch is.)
