My set(B25A02Z) comes on, I can hear the clicks indicating it has power but nothing happens. i've tried unplugging it and repowering it but still nothing happens. I've been told its the flyback but because i know nothing I'm still wondering what to do .....scrap it or attempt repairs....and is it something I can repair??

Right Click Power icon in Tray Notification Area, click on Power Options, The power option you chose, to the right, open Change Plan Settings, Adjust Plan Brightness.

Computer does not boot up The problem maybe the RAM, it is faulty or just needs reseating to make proper electrical contact.
Reseat the RAM and then boot up your laptop. If it still does not boot up then remove the RAM module/s and take them to your friendly computer repair shop and get them to test the RAM for you.

Time for a repair shop to step in or a new TV. Repair cost will be at least $300 USD

Unplug your printer from the outlet for several minutes and repower it back up. I have had this with my printer and usually solves the problem.

If the Cable light does not come on and/or the Activity light doesn't turn on, there is a problem with the plant equipment and you need to contact your provider to fix it. I see that your TV's high voltage flyback is leaking out.
or the flyback cap to the CRT aka picturetube is dirty, or it has a open insulation.
(Warning: Flybacks are extremely dangerous, it has a high voltage that kills. becareful.)

Try unplugging the operator. This may reset any problems you had.
