That is probably because it has lost a driver. Try rebooting, if that does not work browse Samsung.com for updated drivers.

the graphis processor is separating fromthe mainboard due to heat and humidity, turn the computer off, press genly in about the middle of the keyboard then place an ice pack on the bottom senter of the computer this should reattach the processor to the board. Keep in mind that if the problem returns that you may need to open the computer and reflow the processor manually using a heat-gun.

You need to install the driver/Software from the Web Cam manufacture website in order for the camera to work. Most of the camera from Microsoft will automacticly download and install. Some like creative or other brand you need to install the driver for it. You can go to the Web cam manufacture website and download the driver.

Wifi driver for NP-R439

Here are all the drivers on SamSung's support site for this model. The drivers are for Windows 7 and XP.
