About a third of my songs play twice or 3 times in a row. Tech support says that is because they were corrupt files or I entered them more than once. That is not the case. Also, when I turn it on a green window shows refreshing database. 3 different people in tech support had me erase everything, reset settings. Made no difference. Anmy help would be greatly appreciated.
It is your motherboard, since sansa works from a flash, i doubt it could be the flash. if it is still under warranty then I suggest you take it back, if not then send it to my company and we can give you a good deal on a new motherboard to fix your problem. thank you, Connie
