Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
It might be that there is some corrosion on the leads that connect to the SIM card. You can try using a soft pencil eraser on the leads to see if you can clean them up, being careful not to get any debris from it in the phone to avoid any future strange complications.

When i insert the SIM card it says 'SIM blocked' and when i tried the sim card in another phone it worked perfectly
