My lap top has this blue error scerrn that comes up

This means you have a fault code(the bike equivalent of a check engein light)

Aprilia fault codes; From ignition off, press and hold the LAP/PASS switch on the left handlebar. Turn on the ignition but don't start the bike ( keeping LAP/PASS held ). After 30 seconds or so the temp display on the dash will display error code numbers or 0 if none are displayed. Note that the codes are cleared after this operation.

that sounds like a video card error. if you can disassemble the notebook, check for loose connectors, particularly the connector that goes to the screen.

I don't know what system you have on your laptop, but there are many stupid WLAN management applications that come with various equipment, while Windows has a good WLAN management system built in. Try to turn off this "i-know-better" application, usually by going to Networking, choosing the wireless network and checking an option "let Windows manage wireless networks".

So boot your lapto pwith your rercovery disk then go to recovery console and type "chkdsk /r"

hi you need to press the FN and F8,9 or 10 repetedly to restore it to default settings.

Have you used the Fn button on your laptop and changed the video display Icon on the Blue Function keys. You need to change the display wait a few seconds for it to take affect. There are several modes try them all so you know how to use them.
